Vietnamese vermicelli bowls are one of my favourite ways to feed a table full of people (or just family with two hungry boys). Cold rice noodles, loads of crunchy vegetables, fresh herbs, something hot and charred straight off the grill, then a very generous pour of Nuoc Cham over the whole lot. Fresh, smoky, sweet,…
